Located in the heart of California's Lodi Wine Appellation,
the Grady Family Vineyards produces high quality Cabernet Sauvignon,
Chardonnay, & Pinot Grigio winegrapes.
The climate, soil, vineyard design and careful vineyard management combine into the craftsmanship
of these premium varietal wine grapes from an area that so many have come to know for quality
and exceptional value.

About the Grady Family Vineyards 
 
The family first vineyard was in  1998 on a 50 acre parcel approximately 3 miles west / southwest of
downtown Lodi, California. Evening Delta breezes cool the area during  warm summers
producing fully ripened wine grapes known for their balanced tannin structures,
fruitiness and ample acidity.
The vineyard is managed by Jim Grady III, a Fresno State viticulture graduate.
Wine making started in 2001. After several successful vintages and a Silver medal
at the California State Fair, they decided to begin commercial production.
In the spring of 2008, they began distributing their wines throughout the United States.

 The Wines
Fine Irish Cab 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon.
Carefully crafted from clone 337 cabernet grapes and aged 12 months in French oak barrels
to produce rich layers of plum, dark cherry and black currant fruit flavors up front lead to soft tannins
and a hint of vanilla on the finish.

Crisp, fresh and fruit forward with layers of green apple and pear and a hint of oak on the finish.

Aromas of peach and apple blossoms lead to crisp fruit flavors

Tullamore Dew

Tullamore Dew is a smooth, mellow whiskey that is a blend of Pot Still and Grain Whiskeys which are presently distilled in Midleton Distillery in County Cork.

On the nose, a mild blend of spicy, lemony and malty notes, with charred wood and vanilla undertones. Light bodied, sweetish spices, buttery and rounded with light citrus fruitiness. The palate has a warming, pleasant maltiness with toasted wood and vanilla hints. The finish is smooth and gentle, the complex flavours lingering.

Redbreast 12 Year-Old Cask Strength Single Pot Still 

Irish Whiskey Awards- Winner of Irish Whiskey of the Year.

A welcome addition to the Redbreast range. This is the cask strength version, bottled at natural strength of 57.7%.

Nose

Pronounced aromas of bread, marzipan, vanilla, apricot and citrus with less obvious Sherry cask influence than the standard 12 Year Old.

Palate

Forceful, fresh and crisp but with a rich mouthfeel. Almost like an unpeated Scottish coastal malt in character. Tropical fruits, exotic spice and vanilla flavours. Very complex.

Finish

Becomes more spicy with time. Great length, less sherry influence than the standard bottling and a little rougher round the edges, but this is made up by the gloriously complex character.

Redbreast 12 Year Old Pure Pot Still Irish Whiskey

A 100% heavy pot still whiskey with a high sherry ageing percentage. One of our all time favourite Irish Whiskeys.

Redbreast was a brand name for Jameson's pure Irish pot still, bottled in bond by Gilbeys. First made in 1939 with Jameson filling Gilbey's own casks. Two sherry casks were used for each bourbon cask. The brand died off with the closure of Jamesons distillery but was recently relaunched and is a huge favourite with both whiskey drinkers and connoisseurs
