St Peters Quarter Business Improvement District (BID) - Re-ballot update
Following a successful launch of the St Peters Quarter Business Improvement District Prospectus and Proposal on Monday 16 January at Sally Montague Salon, St Peters Churchyard, the Ballot process is now underway.
Ensure that you do not miss out on submitting your vote
Ballot papers will be sent out on Thursday 26 January by the Electoral Services section of Derby City Council.
Completed ballot papers must be received back by Electoral Services section no later than 5PM on Thursday 23 February 2017 for them to be included in the ballot result.
Ballot papers are sent to where the business administration is normally sent. In the case of a national or regional business this would potentially be a head office or a facilities management company or agent of the business unless a local manager has been appointed to vote as a proxy on their behalf. Where it is possible to do so, local managers should check with their Head Offices to ensure that the relevant papers have been received.
If the ballot paper has not been received by 3 February please contact the Electoral Services Department on 01332 641663 or e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org)
A copy of the St Peters Quarter BID Prospectus was hand delivered to all qualifying businesses within the BID area at the beginning of January. Please advise us if you require any additional copies.
