Stand in Solidarity with Separated Families
Thanks to powerful public pressure, the Trump administration has been forced to back away from its policy of separating families and to announce a plan for reuniting parents with children already taken from them. But it appears the administration has simply traded family separation for family incarceration or speedy deportation.

Please consider participating in a rally near you this Saturday , June 30, to “keep families together and free” and reject the “zero tolerance” policy that is creating this crisis.

Organizers are encouraging everyone to WEAR WHITE to these protests -- to make a strong visual statement of love, unity, and freedom as we demand that families stay together and out of family detention. You can print out the attached Mercy for Immigrants sign to show our particular solidarity with families seeking asylum from the horrific violence in Central America.

Please let us know at justice@sistersofmercy.org if you'd like to join us at the rally in Washington, D.C. And please send photos of your participation in your own city to justice@sistersofmercy.org .

Thank you,
