Shanghai Bobby
Update from Florida:
Following his 5th place showing in the G1 Florida Derby it was decided that Bobby needed a breather and he was sent to Payton Training Center.  Upon further observation and testing, it was determined that Bobby had sustained a pelvic stress fracture exiting the race.  The good news is that he is expected to make a full recovery following a 90 day rest period.  Please follow him on Twitter and Facebook for the latest updates!

20 Questions with J.J. Pletcher::
Starlight's babies get their start with trainer
J.J. Pletcher at his Payton Training Center in Ocala, Florida. J.J opened PTC in 1999 with 11 horses and by the end of that first year, over 115 yearlings had been started.  Of those, 14% went on to be stakes winners and his tradition of excellence continues.  In addition to PTC, J.J. has designed, built and managed three other training centers and has a lifetime of experience with racehorses (25 of those years were spent at the track).  Please click here to read "20 Questions with J.J.
