During the season, the sport you play probably takes over your life. You practice. You play games. You train. Pretty much your life revolves around the game, your team, your coach and maybe even your competitors.

During this time you are incredibly disciplined. But what about when the season ends? Do you just drop everything and completely forget about the sport?
Hopefully not.

Training never truly stops. At least, it shouldn’t. It should just look different than the training you did during the season. You need to continue to physically train and mentally train. Stay tough, stay focused, work on what you’re good at, and what you aren’t the best at. Don’t fall short.

We’ve put together a list of workouts for you.
G ROUP L ESSONS
Our group lessons are customized programs that have been put together by our trainers. There is an emphasis on introduction to skill training for the younger player as well as working on Skills and Techniques for the more advanced players! Players that participate in group lessons and clinics will learn both the fundamentals of the game as well as advanced techniques from our professional staff. We work hard to instill the values of teamwork, self-confidence, sportsmanship, and overall love of the game.
Our Classes are limited so that each participant receives personalized attention from our instructors.

ALL SKILLS
These lessons offer players 7-12 years old to focus on correct throwing & catching technique, batting stance & swing, base running and game situations.
CATCHING
We teach blocking, footwork, throwing, signal calling, and cover every conceivable situation a catcher can face in a game. You will go into the game better prepared than your opponent.
HITTING
We develop complete hitters by working to each hitter's strength and improving their weaknesses. Work on hitting mechanics, hitting for power, timing off-speed, situational hitting & more.
PITCHING
You will enhance proper pitching mechanics to increase velocity and prevent injury while learning the fundamentals of throwing, balance, body control, stride, release point and follow through.

PILATE TRAINING
Pilates will help you get the explosion you need to produce the power, the speed or whatever movement you need to improve to help you perform better.

LIVE SITUATIONAL HITTING
Work on curve balls, sliders, and change-ups! Work on two strike hitting with runners on base. Experienced BP pitchers throwing strikes with real baseballs. This will help your timing.
