If you spend too much time warming up, you'll miss the race.  If you don't warm up at all, you may not finish the race.  

Mini Band Glute Warm Up
 
It's worth taking 5-10 mins to warm up and 
activate your glutes before a leg workout.

We spend a lot of our day sitting down and as a result our glutes become inactive. If we don't get them fired up and ready for a workout our lower back and legs can end up taking on the extra loads leading to injury.
