Back by popular demand! Natasha Yim, children's author, freelance writer and playwright, will walk you through the basics of Scrivener in this hands-on-workshop. Bring your laptop and dive into Scrivener.

Natasha will provide an introduction and overview of Scrivener's capabilities. She will walk you through how to toggle between research notes, outlines, ideas, chapters and burgeoning manuscript; how to set up a document or workspace in Scrivener; and a step-by-step process for using Scrivener's writing and organizational tools. Become familiar with setting up your binder, importing files, writing and editing features, compiling and formatting your manuscript, and using the Corkboard and Outline modes. Natasha will share resources including additional tutorials on how to use Scrivener. Don't forget your manuscript. The Scrivener interface will be projected onto a screen so you can explore Scrivener on your own computer.
