Hello Step it Uppers,
Welcome to the 3rd Step it Up: Holiday Edition challenge. We know this is a stressful time for many, and we hope that this challenge will help you to focus on self-care through physical activity, eating well and getting support from others.
Here's what you can expect from the challenge this year:
  • Points for your steps, physical activity, and fruit and vegetable intake (maintaining your weight will earn you bonus points - but weight tracking is always optional). Wondering how to count cups of fruits and vegetables? This resource can help!
  • Prize drawings for ten gift cards every week. Be sure to log your points by Tuesday morning, as that's when the gift card drawings will take place.
  • Weekly emails on Wednesdays. In these emails, we'll share information and resources about the challenge and about the week's healthy eating focus. We'll also announce the weekly prize winners!
