The 2018 Building Leadership & Understanding (BLU) leadership retreats will be held in five different locations across the state during the month of February. BLU is a great opportunity for youth in 6th grade and above to meet youth from across their region and learn about leadership too!

Registration will open Feb. 1, and close when all spaces have been filled, or by Feb. 28, whichever comes first.
