It's Berry Cheesy and it's Berry-licious! This beautiful salad and sandwich plate will be your new favorite meal for the week! The sandwich is a layered with goat cheese and fresh strawberries drizzled with a balsamic reduction on just baked Blueberry Oatmeal Sandwich bread. It's pressed on our grill and served with a side salad made of mixed greens, almonds, blueberries and
strawberries. We dress it with our house made lemon poppy seed dressing. It's the perfect combination for this time of year. Enjoy!

Bread of the Week
PESTO BREAD

We are giving your life lots of flavor this week with Pesto Bread. This bread is  a soft Italian dough with flavorful basil pesto mixed  within the dough. We top each of these loaves with a dash of Celtic Sea Salt which really brings out the  pesto  flavor, and I love this  bread  next to a fresh salad or used for a cold cut sandwich. Enjoy!

We will feature Pesto Bread for the next TWO WEEKS! This week we have it on sale for $4.79 (regularly $5.29).
*This will be the last week for Blueberry Oatmeal Sourdough, and next week we will add True Grit Southern Sourdough.
As always, we mix our breads from scratch, shape them by hand, and bake them in our big German oven, right here in our bakery on Hardin Street. We bake only with unbleached and unbromated flour and never use any additives or preservatives. Come and taste.

TRIPLE BERRY PIE
The Triple Berry Pie is one of my favorite treats this time of year and all through Summer. It's a delicious blend of blueberries , raspberries and  blackberries all mixed with just the right amount sweetness. We then pour the mixture into one of our famous pie crusts, and  it's finished with an out-of-this-world oatmeal and brown sugar crumble. Serve it warm with ice cream on top - to die for!
