This note is to remind you that our monthly meeting is tonight.  The meeting will be held at The West Hollywood Park Auditorium at 647 N. San Vicente Blvd. in West Hollywood and stats at 7:00 pm. 

 

Unfortunately, circumstances beyond our control have made it impossible for us to interview and endorse certain candidates in the races we previously advertised would be considered for endorsement.  Our political team will make sure interviews occur shortly and will continue the endorsement process.  However, we have decided to move forward with the interviews of incumbent Democrats in non-contested races.  These races will appear on the consent calendar listed below.  Also, at the last meeting, we did not reach an endorsement in the Los Angeles County District Attorneys race and it will be considered again at tonight's meeting.   

 

There will also be two non-endorsement related agenda items for our meeting tonight.  Due to two resignations for personal reasons, we will be holding elections to fill our Operations and Political V.P. positions.  Finally, we will have a special presentation by our Communications V.P.  Lindsey Horvath, reporting on the LAUSD redistricting commission, a board on which she sits.

 

Also, I would be remiss to remind you that our Stoney Awards are this Sunday.  Information about our annual fundraising dinner is below.
