The Manager, Human Resources Strategy will join a small team of talented individuals who are driving impact across the business by improving productivity and engagement of employees; developing HR strategy for executive leadership by deriving insights from facts and data; driving those initiatives from opportunity assessment to solution implementation; and delivering key HR programs to impact the business. As part of a high-profile team, the Manager will work closely with the broader HR team at all levels, from EVP to Analyst. The ideal candidate will have either one to two years of post-MBA professional experience with a consulting firm or four to seven total years of experience. CPG and / or beverage experience is not a requirement.
