Kung Hee Fat Choy  Fire Rooster

CMI is closing out one of our major condo renovation projects of all time:

THE CONTESSA.

Wow how gorgeous she has become! Please when you drive by where King and Kapiolani meet onto Waialae, or when taking the Kapiolani off ramp, look up and see for yourself a grand accomplishment. CMI managed the construction projects of:  Concrete Spalling Repair, Cast Iron Piping Replacement, New Lanai Railings, Painting and Waterproofing and A sphalt Seal Coating

Ilima at Leihano in Kapolei

CMI managed the construction of another new assisted living facility from the ground up!  I am proud to say that I was the Federal HUD construction inspector and inspected and approved every facet of the construction.  It's got to be one of the finest facilities of its kind in the US.

Historic Church Renovation

A large Church project is underway with roofing, concrete spalling repair and complete new electrical system to be installed.
As a Hawaii Building Expert with national acclaim, I was locally featured on Khon2 in five separate newscast interviews about the railing conditions at Ala Moana Shopping Center when the tragic fatal accident occurred.  I am sincerely sorry for the family's loss and my upcoming seminar is in a way targeted to ensure that such tragedy is prevented by educational information and discussion.  I look forwarded to meeting you on Mar 8.
