Student Forms
Family ID has been updated this week and now includes forms for the Student & Parent Handbook and the travel form. Please create or update your account at your earliest convenience.

Student & Parent Handbook
The Student & Parent Handbook is now available to view through Family ID. All families are required to read the handbook and then complete the Handbook Agreement Form through their Family ID account.

Permission to Travel Form
All SMS students must have a notarized  Permission to Travel Form  on file. Please login to your Family ID account to download this form.

School forms and medical information are due by August 1, 2018. Please contact the Front Desk at (802) 856–1100 with any questions.
Full Term Student Registration
Registration for full term students will take place in the afternoon on Saturday, September 1, 2018. A detailed schedule will be sent to families as the date approaches.

Graduation Photos

2018-19 Class Schedules
Parents are encouraged to log onto the  Academic Portal and view the classes that we have scheduled for your child for the upcoming semester. If you would like to discuss your child’s schedule, please contact Alex Lehmann.

Summer Reading Assignments
Summer reading is required for all full-term students.  Click here to view summer reading assignments. Questions regarding summer reading should be directed to Alex Lehmann.

Student Directory
A hard copy of the Student-Parent Handbook will be distributed at Registration. A staff and student directory is included in the hardcopy of the handbook and is intended to help facilitate communication within the community. This section will include important contact information such as:

  • Student name
  • Photo
  • Athletic program
  • Class year
  • Hometown & State
  • Parent names
  • Home phone number

New students: please send a current photo of yourself (yearbook style) for the Student Directory to the Communications Office by August 1, 2018.
