 Thank you so much to everyone who voted for Rhinebeck Pilates as Best Pilates in the Hudson Valley in Hudson Valley Magazine's annual Best of the Hudson Valley issue! It was so thrilling to win this honor for the 5th time. Special thanks goes to all the wonderful and talented pilates teachers at the studio- Terianne, Shannon, Rita, Margaret, Sally, and Charmaine- for doing so much to help to make the studio great. Welcome Sally Torraggiani
as Our Newest Teacher  
Sally has just started teaching at the studio on Saturdays and I'm already hearing great things about her classes, her spirit, her personality, and her teaching! Sally will be teaching the 9:00 am mat class and 11:00 am tower class, as well as available for private sessions, on Saturdays.

Elaine will be teaching a workshop for teachers and students at BodyTonic Pilates Gymnasium, in Brooklyn, NY on Saturday Nov 5, 2016. Come join in!  In this workshop we will look at exercises on the mat and reformer and discover ways that cuing with clarity can help the client understand, change, and/or advance the exercise, and in turn, their entire pilates practice. 

PILATESOLOGY FEATURING ELAINE EWING INTERVIEWING SEAN GALLAGHER 
A few months ago, Pilatesology visited Rhinebeck Pilates to film an interview between Sean Gallagher and Elaine Ewing about Sean's well-known book, The Joseph H. Pilates Archive Collection. It was super fun to film this and to have Sean and Pilatesology at Rhinebeck Pilates!  

In September we hosted the last teacher training weekend seminar with Jennifer DeLuca, which was the advanced system, taught by Enja Schenck. Everyone had a really great time! Looking forward to the next training to begin in January 2017.
