Abigaíl Ramos, John Jay ’21 and CUNY School of Law ’22, is a first-gen college student who's passionate about supporting immigrant workers. It was her family's dealings with injustice, along with the entire Latinx community, that motivated her to pursue law. Abigaíl recently worked for the Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs and has been a prestigious Tow Policy Advocacy Fellow, a Peggy Browning Fellow and a Sorensen Fellow. She will soon work as a law fellow in the NYS Attorney General’s Office.
