SPRING 2017
We can help your organization with its professional development, learning, consulting, and event management needs.
Dana presenting "Influencing for Impact" at MassBuys 2017
Greetings!

The beautiful days of spring have finally sprung after freezing cold winter-like days and bizarre summer heat! Regardless of the weather, spring is a great time of year for new beginnings and new learnings.

Being new to the Institute (please see more about my experience below), it's wonderful for me to be part of an organization with such a stellar reputation.

My vision is to build upon what is already a core strength, our network. In addition to leveraging the resources of a premier university system, we are in the process of growing our network of Senior Coaches as part of our Coaching Center. The majority of our coaches have an average of 15-20 years of experience and are certified by the International Coach Association. Spring is ideal to have your employees dust off their development plans and consider coaching as a tool to help them reach their goals.

We are excited to be offering new programs such as our webinar series for New Managers. We will also be leveraging our partnership with UMOL - UMass Online to offer other new programs like our Online Leadership Excellence Certificate and other competency based skill building modules. Watch our web site for future releases!

Whatever your learning needs are our staff of experts and our extensive network of professionals can help you develop and implement plans to meet those needs.  For information on how we can help your organization with its Organizational Development Consulting, Learning Solutions and Event Management needs, read on  and learn even more

Thanks!

Top 10 Tips for Running Effectivewebinartips Webinars

Most organizations are facing the challenge to develop employees who are located in multiple locations and/or work virtually. Thus, more staff trainings are being offered via webinars. Webinars are a form of online training that is synchronous using a live instructor with an interactive e-learning platform. The problem with a lot of webinars is that presenters treat them like meetings to share PowerPoint slides rather than to design them to accomplish specific learning goals. In fact, designing an engaging and effective webinar takes time and experience. To save you some time we would like to share our top ten tips for running effective webinars. Read all of the tips.
