SENIORS MORE VULNERABLE TO LOTTERY SCAMS
An 84-year-old may have won a record-setting lottery, but other seniors are finding themselves winning a different kind of lottery - the kind that loses them money.

It's called a lottery scam, and data show that senior citizens are more likely than any other age group to fall victim to it and other fraudulent transactions, especially those promising prize promotions.   READ MORE HERE

WHAT IS THE MOST NUTRITIOUS
VEGETABLE YOU CAN EAT?
We all know that Americans should be eating more fruits and vegetables. But there's a big difference between eating a handful of carrots or a tangerine, and munching on some leafy greens.
