Max's Healthy Tip of the Week

For those of you who know me, you know I always promote eating sardines. And why is that?  They're loaded with the extremely healthy Omega 3 fatty acids and offer high levels of Coenzyme Q10,
which is a powerful antioxidant known to
promote a strong immune system.

And only 3 oz of sardines provide 40% of daily calcium.

So before you wrinkle your nose at these little guys, take the bait and eat some sardines today!
