Max's Healthy Tip of the Week:

We know that dark chocolate is good for you. But how about milk chocolate? Dark has half the sugar and four times the fiber. Has more magnesium, phosphorous, and twice the potassium as milk chocolate.

Make sure you buy a bar that contains at least 70% cacao - that's where the benefits come from.

But just a few squares please!

EXPERT FINANCIAL ADVICE FROM MARC WEISS
What is the "Distribution" Phase of Retirement?

At a certain point in our lives, we are faced with important choices that could help defer or mitigate taxes. We spend the majority of our working years saving and accumulating assets, but then what?
