Max's Healthy Tip of the Week:

Always do some good everyday - even if you just smile at a stranger in the check out line or bring a

single flower to a friend who's  down.

You never know what troubles someone

else is suffering.

Remember this - the good and kindness you do will always come back to you in one way or another. It costs nothing and the rewards are endless.

And it also helps you to be well!

beware1

Yesterday I received an email that said "A check exceeded your requested activity alert". It was very authentic with the bank's logo on it. Problem is they sent it to another email of mine - one that my bank does not have on record for me. So I knew immediately it was a scam. They went on to ask me to "click here" so I could clear it up.

DO NOT ANSWER THESE KIND OF EMAILS - THEY ARE SCAMMERS LOOKING FOR YOUR INFORMATION SO THEY CAN GET INTO YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS!  DELETE THEM IMMEDIATELY.  IF ANY QUESTIONS GO TO YOUR BANK AND ASK THEM IF THEY SENT IT.

important1  If sometimes you find you are not receiving our newsletter (on Thursday mornings), please check your "junk" or "spam" files.  It may have inadvertently ended up in one of those files.

Also one of the very first things you will see when you open the newsletter is this
"Having trouble viewing this email? Click here ".  If you will in fact click on that, it will open up the entire newsletter so that everything including all the information on the right hand side, will be visible.  This way the newsletter is much easier to read.

A GENIUS VOICE HAS BEEN STILLED BY DEPRESSION
The man who entertained  us with "Dead Poet's Society", "Mrs Doubtfire", and  the hilarious "Birdcage" among  others, is gone.  And the saddest part is that although he made us laugh, he couldn't seem to find the laughter in himself.       RIP Robin Williams
