Max's Healthy Tip of the Week:

Did you know that the more sugar you consume the more nutrients are removed from your body?  People who consume large amounts of sugar have lower levels of fiber, calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, folate, niacin, riboflavin, and vitamins A, B-6, B-12, C, and E.

This so compromises your immune system that sugar has been called "suicide in a spoon".

As you can see sugar is not so sweet!
