Max's Healthy Tip of the Week:

Now that the holidays are approaching, we will see plates piled high with delicious food
garnished with watercress.

But did you know that watercress is not just for decor - it's one of the most beneficial greens you can eat.  It's loaded with both vitamins A and C as well as K, which is an essential nutrient for bone health.

So make sure you eat the decorations first -
your body will thank you!
