Max's Healthy Tip of the Week:
If you drink soda consider that the average can
contains about 15 teaspoons of sugar.

And we are very aware of the dangers of sugar - overweight, and among other problems the assault on your immune system making us more vulnerable to disease.

Changing to those diet sodas isn't the answer either since you are literally drinking a can of chemicals, artificial flavorings,
and food colorings.

So for good health and weight, drop that pop!

EXPERT FINANCIAL ADVICE FROM MARC WEISS
Some Q & A About Annuities

Question I: Why Isn't Everyone Doing It?

Question II: What is the Big Deal About Guaranteed Income?

Question III: How Safe Is My Money In An Annuity?

Question IV: Why Would I Invest Tax Deferred Money Like An IRA in an Annuity Which Is A Tax Deferred Vehicle?

PLEASE CLICK HERE FOR THE ANSWERS TO THESE QUESTIONS

We all need certainty in our lives when it comes to our money - especially retirement money.  How else can we best invest our money into a GUARANTEED INCOME program than an Annuity - can we do it with a Brokerage Account, Bank or Investment Firm?  Heaven's NO!  Therefore, the only protection we see for the consumer investor is in a specially designed Annuity program.

ARE YOU AGING FASTER THAN YOU SHOULD BE?
The interesting thing about getting older is that we don't always feel (or act!) our age. And there's a reason for that! Every single one of us really has two ages-a chronological age (presumably, the one you count now) and a biological age.

That means that even at 55 years old, you may feel 70. But the good news is that the reverse is also true-at 70 years old, you can look and feel 55!

Many of her patients are just venturing into this exciting new time in their lives-with their grown children out of the house and grandbabies on the way!-and the last thing they want to lose is their energy or mobility.

Does that sound like you? If so, she can help!

GRANDPARENTING HELP
Communication between grandparents and their grandchildren (or even children) can be challenging especially in these times.

Linda Minster, a UCLA graduate with a master's degree in education, administration and supervision,  works with grandparents to improve their interactions.   A parent and grandparent herself, she is very passionate about ways of improving communication between generations.

Minster, the author/instructor of two classes, "Grandparenting Successfully" and  "Parenting Successfully", while training teachers at CSUN,  knows  how stressful life can be, particularly today.   She teaches that the best way is when they all work together.   Most grandparents want to enrich their grandchildren's lives and don't give themselves  credit  for the positive role models they are.  Her classes explore how they can do this.

She is available for private or group talks.

You may contact her at: [email protected]
