Max's Healthy Tip of the Week:

Are your foods on drugs?

Quite possibly since so many chemicals

are added to our general food supply.

Be wary of apples, grapes, cucumbers, spinach, winter squash, potatoes, and strawberries to name a few.

Make sure you buy organic or from your local farmers' markets.

Remember that the slogan, "Just Say No To Drugs"

could apply to the foods you are eating also.
