Max's Healthy Tip of the Week:

Before you say you'll exercise tomorrow, think about this.

Exercising increases your body's ability to repair its cells thereby helping to prevent premature aging. And not only does it help to pump toxins out of the body, it encourages the growth of new brain cells.

So get to that gym, or to the park, or walk around the block
or dance around your house.

Just move!

(Excerpt from "Who Took My Chocolate Cake"
by Max Izenberg 2011)

MARC WEISS TALKS ABOUT FINANCES

Dow Plunges 531 Points in Global Selloff

A global market rout intensified Friday, pummeling stocks and commodities, as concerns about China's economy pushed the Dow industrials into correction territory.
Both the blue-chip index and the S&P 500 posted their biggest one-day percentage drops since November 2011, with the Dow closing 10% below its recent high. U.S. oil prices also briefly dropped below $40 a barrel on Friday, a level not seen since the financial crisis.
