MARC WEISS TALKS ABOUT FINANCES
EXPERT FINANCIAL ADVICE FROM MARC WEISS
Why Choose an Indexed Annuity?

An Indexed Annuity provides the opportunity to benefit from potential gains in the equity or stock markets, but can never risk or lose money with sudden and unexpected downturns of the stock markets!

An Indexed Annuity is a compromise between a fixed interest investment and investing in equities. In some circles it is called a Hybrid Investment because it encompasses both growth of a security product with a NO-RISK investment.

READ MORE HERE ABOUT INDEXED ANNUITIES

So before you purchase an Indexed Annuity, please remember that it is critical you fully understand the various features in the contract you are considering and we look forward to hearing from you!

Nuts are high in unsaturated fats, protein and vitamins, as well as antioxidants that are thought to be linked to a lower risk of heart disease.     READ MORE HERE

GRANDPARENTING HELP
Communication between grandparents and their grandchildren (or even children) can be challenging especially in these times.

Linda Minster, a UCLA graduate with a master's degree in education, administration and supervision,  works with grandparents to improve their interactions.   A parent and grandparent herself, she is very passionate about ways of improving communication between generations.

Minster, the author/instructor of two classes, "Grandparenting Successfully" and  "Parenting Successfully", while training teachers at CSUN,  knows  how stressful life can be, particularly today.   She teaches that the best way is when they all work together.   Most grandparents want to enrich their grandchildren's lives and don't give themselves  credit  for the positive role models they are.  Her classes explore how they can do this.

She is available for private or group talks.

You may contact her at: [email protected]
