Max's Healthy Tip of the Week:

Are your foods on drugs?

Quite possibly since so many chemicals are added to our general food supply. Be wary of apples, grapes, cucumbers, spinach, winter squash,
potatoes, and strawberries to name a few.

Make sure you buy organic or
from your local farmers' markets.

Remember that the slogan, "Just Say No To Drugs"
could apply to the foods you are eating also

.

MARC MY WORDS

WORDS OF FINANCIAL WISDOM FROM MARC WEISS
Does Your Current Policy Need a Make-Over?

Many Americans buy various types of insurance policies, put the paperwork in a drawer and never look at it again. Unfortunately, many of those people could be stuck with old policies they bought 10, 20 or even 30 years ago and they haven't had them reviewed.

Why is this important? Over the past several decades they may have experienced life changes and their planning needs have likely changed as well.

READ MORE HERE about Marc's thoughts on this important issue.

Call Marc for answers and solutions to your financial questions.

DON'T KNOW WHAT TO MAKE FOR DINNER?
HAVING FRIENDS OVER FOR LUNCH - WHAT TO MAKE?
TIRED OF THE SAME OLD SAME OLD?

Well, help is on the way.  Our friend Susie Jacobson, a health and nutrition expert, has graciously offered to share her simple, easy to make, very healthy recipes with us.

This week she presents "Quick Boiling" Swiss Chard  which is the Mediterranean way of cooking Swiss Chard, and makes it tastier and more nutritious because it helps remove some of the acids (specially oxalic acid) and bring out its sweet flavor.

And we know you will enjoy it..... hopefully with family or friends!
