Cindy Walkov is a certified and experienced Zumba Gold instructor and has been teaching Zumba Gold to Seniors at a senior home in Reseda for over 2 years.
This class is specifically for seniors and is a slower-paced Zumba class. The steps salsa, mambo, cha-cha, the twist and bending, stretching, marching, and other dance-type routines that are fun and energizing. The music is Latin, international and American music and includes some current tunes as well as oldies that seniors love. The class is about 45 min in length.
