Summer 2012 New Models!

Greetings!

Lots of model news for you this time. As we mentioned in an earlier Email Update, Spark listed an aggressive list of new models in the 'Coming Soon' section of their website a couple weeks ago. It contained a wide range of items from their 2010, 2011 and 2012 catalogs.

We've uploaded everything HERE.

The list is 2 pages long and features approximately 90 items in both 1/43 and 1/18 scale. There's something for everyone: CanAm, TransAm, Formula One (including a unique Masten Gregory Camoradi F1 Cooper), LeMans racers, Daytona Prototypes, Speed Record contenders, Transporters, Classic European and US road cars, even an airplane.

With this wide assortment of models on the way, your advance orders are more important than ever to assist us in securing your 'must have' pieces.

And - it's not too soon to enter an advance order for Spark's range of 1/43 scale Indianapolis 500 winners. No firm release dates yet but demand will be high.

Good news from TSM Model. It looks like we will finally receive a shipment of the 1/18 scale 1977 LeMans winning #4 Martini Porsche 936/77 in mid to late August. The #3 team car is also on the way. Price remains $188.00 each. Reserve HERE.

TSM also says their 1/18 scale Jackie Stewart Tyrrell 006 will be delivered in late August. At $140.00, they're going to go fast. Click HERE.

Our last 'Coming Soon' news: We understand Bizarre's long-lost 1/43 scale Mickey Thompson 'Challenger 1' is finally on its way to the US. Barring any last minute complications (don't ask), we expect to ship these in late July. Bizarre's Land Speed Record models always sell out quickly. Just in from Minichamps: The Rahal Letterman BMW M3 GT2s from the 2009 ALMS series in 1/43 scale. Left: #90 Hand / Auberlen. Right: #92 Muller / Millner. Both were produced in Limited Editions of just 1008 pieces. $72.00 individually, or $129.99 for the pair. Quantities limited. Click on the links to order.

Also from Minichamps, a restock of their 1/18 scale Hans Stuck Audi 200 Quattro, winner of the 1988 Cleveland TransAm. The model features removable front bodywork and a fully detailed engine. $135.00.

And it's 'last call' for the 1/18 scale Red Bull Renault RB7 of 2011 World Champion Sebastian Vettel. Only a few left at $119.99.
