With expanded summer camp offerings, special programs, and upcoming performances, there are plenty of ways to be part of the fun.  We've provided details below about a free Summer Camp Preview event that will help you learn more about the camp experiences.

2015 Summer Camps
We're thrilled to announce Roberson's 2015 Summer Camps.  There are exciting week-long camps featuring themes for an assortment of grade levels.  Registration is required for camp participation.

Wondering about Roberson's Summer Camp Programs?   We are hosting a Free Summer Camp Preview on Saturday, June 20 from 12:30-4:30.  Chat with educators, sample camp activities, and experience the fun we have planned for our campers this summer.  You'll also be able to register for camps that day.     

Camps are offered each week from June 29 to September 4, and run from 9am-3pm daily.  

Reminder -- Roberson Members save 20% on camp tuition.  

Each Camp Tuition is $172 for members, $215 for non-members.  All materials included.

"First Peoples" Screening 
and Panel Discussion

Roberson Museum and Science Center and WSKG Public Media invite you to join us on Friday, June 12 for a First Peoples sneak peak screening and panel discussion at Roberson.

Screening begins at 6pm, followed by a panel discussion.

Path Through History Weekend

 Explore, Create and Celebrate Local History at Roberson Museum and Science Center during Path Through History Weekend.

Enjoy family fun, hands-on activities, and exciting exhibits featuring Historic Mansion Guided Tours, Model Trains, Native American crafts & games, and more. 

 

Mansion tours: 1pm, 2pm, 3pm.  Digital Planetarium Shows: 1pm, 2pm, 3pm

 

Last Chance to see  "Reshuffling the Past"
 Be sure to enjoy "Reshuffling the Past" during an upcoming visit, featuring the works of eight leading Chinese contemporary artists.

The exhibition will remain on view until June 21 at Roberson.

"First Peoples" Screening and Discussion
Friday, June 12
Join Roberson and WSKG for a sneak peak screening of the new PBS series, "First Peoples."  Admission is free.  Light refreshments at 5:30, screening at 6. 

Path Through History Weekend

Explore, create, and celebrate local history at Roberson during I Love NY's Path Through History Weekend.

 Operatic Jewels of the Gilded Age  
Friday, July 24 at 7pm
Tickets are on sale now for the performance at Roberson, presented by Theatre Steet Productions.  .  The "living history" concert will be held in the Roberson Mansion.

2015 Roberson Regional Art Exhibition 

 

Roberson's Regional Art Exhibition is a juried exhibition featuring stunning original works from artists residing within 150 miles of Binghamton.

 

An opening reception and awards ceremony for artists and Roberson Members will be held on Sunday, July 12 from 1-4pm.  

Announcement of awards will be at 3pm.

 First, Second, and Third place cash awards will be chosen from the exhibition. 

 

The Regional Exhibition will be

 on view July 10 - October 25.

"Glitter & Gold" Returns to Roberson

Theatre Street Productions will be returning to Roberson for an encore performance of

"Glitter & Gold, Operatic Jewels of the Gilded Age."  The performance will take place Friday, July 24 at 7pm in the Historic Roberson Mansion.

The "living history" concert will feature soprano Andrea Gregori, tenor Steven Nanni, mezzo-soprano Kasey Stewart, and pianist Margaret Reitz in excerpts from the world of grand opera, Gilbert & Sullivan, and more.

RoberCon returns in 2015, marking Roberson Museum and Science Center's third annual SciFi Convention.  Registrations are being accepted for RoberCon Vendors and Fan Groups.
