Opening Reception

Join us for the opening reception for a new gallery exhibition by multi-media artist Ektoras Binikos.  Axis Mundi includes works on paper, sculpture, video, and a site specific installation. 

 

The exhibition is on view through August 27th. Gallery hours: Thursday through Sunday 1:00 to 5:00pm. Admission is always free.

A classical collaboration between violinist Eva Ingolf and avant-garde media artist Ektoras Binikos. The Icelandic musician, who has studied and performed in concert halls throughout the world, collaborates with her friend, Greek-born artist Ektoras Binikos, to create a dazzling multimedia performance.

 Naturalist Ward Stone, Red Rock resident, former Spencertown Academy student, and host of the popular WAMC radio program "In Your Backyard" will share his vast knowledge of the natural world in an entertaining lecture.  Bring questions about your backyard.

Tax deductible donations of gently-used books, DVDs, and CDs will be accepted through August 27th. Please sort carefully; we cannot accept periodicals, marked, musty or damaged volumes.
