Description: If you want to build a gorgeous lean and toned body, this low-impact class is for you!
Similar to Bar Method and Pilates styled classes,
Tone and Tighten starts by utilizing light weights to define the total upper body, then moves on to a mixture of floor and standing exercises work to target the thighs, seat, back, and abdominals. After each muscle group is worked, through high repetition using a small range of motion, it is alternately stretched to lengthen the muscles.
Tone and Tighten creates muscles that are toned and lengthened, not big and bulky. After about 10 consecutive lessons, your legs look leaner, your butt looks firmer, your abs become stronger, and your shoulders, arms and chest become defined. You will also burn away fat as “T & T” keeps you feeling challenged throughout its workout.
This class is open to both men and women of all levels.
What to wear: Comfortable workout attire. Bare feet are appropriate.
