Our Summer Schedules offers just a couple class changes....
  By Popular Demand we've brought back the
Wednesday 9am Yin Class
and Changed the Saturday Fusion Sculpt to 10:45am

(Changes Effective this Saturday May 28th)



SUMMER HOLIDAY SCHEDULE 

Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day
We offer one class at 9am only on these Monday's
all other classes remain the same

JUST A NOTE on PARKING and SHOWERS
 
PARKING 
Please post your parking permit with ID number displayed 
on your dashboard while taking class

If you arrive and the parking lot is full please park upstairs
with parking permit displayed  
(please use this parking ONLY if their is no possible parking in our lot)
Please Pull all the way forward in double parking spaces

On weekends parking is available everywhere on Bridge Street but the
Nervana building next door to our left.

SHOWERS 
We have two showers
One is a wonderful private outdoor shower and the other is
in the men's changing room.

We have very limited hot water
Please keep your shower to 2 to 3 minutes
If you use the indoor shower - Please dry the area before you leave

Please be courteous to our teachers so they can leave
and enjoy the rest of their day as well.
