FOURTH OF JULY IN SOUTH FLORIDA AND LAS VEGAS!

On Wednesday from 4-10PM, Bianca is hosting an all-American Backyard BBQ in Delano's lush orchard. Featured dishes include BBQ ribs, clams, half lobsters and oysters. In addition, Bianca will be introducing their new White Truffle Ice Cream topped with shaved seasonal truffles.
Guests can enjoy a live musical performance by the six-piece Joshua Stedman Band on Bianca's terrace. $75 per person (sparklers not included).

The view from Mondrian South Beach is one of the best in Miami - add fireworks and you've got a winning combination. Celebrate 4th of July by Mondrian's picturesque pool featuring BBQ snacks and festive drinks. Asia de Cuba offers a special, Independence Day only menu of American BBQ favorite with a Latin twist. Stick around after sunset for waterfront seats to fireworks from Bayfront Park at 9PM.

Shore Club is throwing a patriotic bash in honor of Independence Day. On Wednesday, Vitamin C presents the One Nation Pool Party at Shore Club. From noon till Sundown, enjoy a selection of BBQ items by Terrazza ($10 each), frozen drinks ($10) and beer ($25 for a bucket of five), domestic, of course, along with beats by DJ Triarchy and RS^2.

The Ginza Project sets the stage for Jelsomino: a theatrical karaoke concept debuting in July 2012. Jelsomino is poised to invigorate South Florida nightlife by introducing an innovative form of performance-based entertainment.
