And, of course, you've practiced asana in Samyama's stunning studio space.

To continue support of the quality service you've come to know and love from SYC, we've made some changes.

Effective July 5th:

Shakti options are discontinued. Our class schedule remains the same. Previously purchased Shakti options can now be applied to all classes.
Our Bay Area Bhakti discount will now be 25%
Our Good Neighbor discount will now be 20%

Now is the time to commit to your practice.

Lock in your current Good Neighbor or Bay Area Bhakti rates through July 4th.

Journeys can be purchased online, in-person or over the phone.

Did You Know?

Our hot and cold cups are compostable. But please don't bring them into the studio. Only closed containers are allowed.

Our new Referral Program will offer one free class and 20% off any Journey Package to the new student and one free class credited to the the yogi making the referral.

We encourage all student and teachers to power off their phones during class.

Traffic can be a problem in Palo Alto and Samyama understands. If you're less than ten minutes late you're still welcome to join the class in session.

Finally, at Samyama we like to continue our yoga practice after asana practice ends by replacing our props with mindful care for the next class coming into the studio.

Morning Vinyasa with Ngugi Kihara

Meet the newest member of Team Dharma. Ngugi ("Goo-gi") will brighten your day with an hour of thoughtful Morning Vinyasa every Monday and Wednesday from 7:00AM.

Lunch Lab: Strong Vinyasa with Anfisa Maksimyuk

Looking for a different sort of lunch hour? Try Anfisa's Lunch Lab. An hour of vigorous, strength building asana every Monday and Wednesday from 12 noon.

New Time for Yin Yoga with Misako Matsuoka

Misako's Yin Yoga class is moving to 4:00 PM starting Friday, July 7th. Now you can transition into the weekend with seventy-five minutes of soulful yin yoga in the late afternoon.
