CLASS SCHEDULE - Please check our schedule online often. Classes are subject to cancellation or time/teacher changes. Look for 'Pop Up' classes where you least expect them. Don't miss the opportunity to take a class and get in shape for summer!

WAIT LIST CLIENTS - Please don't hesitate to put yourself on the 'wait list' for classes that are full. We will assess the schedule the night before, and if we have room, we will put you in the class you are wait listed for by 9pm the night before the class. Please look for your confirmation email!
New Teachers!
Harper Klay was certified by Whole Body Method Pilates in 2018. Harper has had a life full of adventures in both mind and body. A former U.S. Senate speechwriter and international trade negotiator, Harper sustained injuries from a car accident that left her on a
never-ending quest for wellness. Originally from a Montana cattle ranch, she was riding horses before she could walk. One of Harper’s favorite statements by Joseph Pilates is that Pilates is a practice of the mind, body, and spirit. Harper focuses on ensuring the mind is connecting to the body when training clients.
Nicole Fucaloro has studied Pilates at Balanced Body University and at Core Conditioning. She has had the great opportunity to study with masters such as Dawn Marie Ickes, Maria Leone, and Jillian Hessel. She earned her Pilates Certification from Balanced Body in 2012 .   With a longtime love of movement, she has also studied ballet, modern dance, and world dance. A 200-hour yoga teacher training program and continued barre work are evidence of her dedication to movement and mind-body work. She thoroughly enjoys sharing her love of Pilates and movement with her clients.
