REPRESENTATIVE TOWN MEETING THANKS
We had a jolly crew working hard to bring viewers live, 5-camera coverage of the all-day meeting on March 21. Thanks to our volunteers who took shifts between 8 am - 6 pm: James Banslaben, Janis Chaillou, Katheryn Lloyd, Maria Dominguez, Russ Grabiec, Scott Daneau, and Wendy Mason.
Joe Bushey took this panoramic shot of Rep Town Meeting. BCTV's control area is on the right.
Sponsors were: Brattleboro Area Chamber of Commerce, Brattleboro Food Coop, Brattleboro Savings & Loan, Dr. Robert Fagelson, Phillips, Dunn, Shriver & Carroll, P.C., SoverNet, Trust Company of Vermont, Brattleboro Memorial Hospital, Crispe & Crispe, GPI Construction, The Richards Group, Sam's Outdoor Outfitters, and Windham & Windsor Housing Trust. The Marina provided lunch for volunteers.
For the first time, we also had sponsors for the production of Town Meeting Day in individual towns: The Guilford Country Store, D & K's Jamaica Grocery, Newfane Cafe and Creamery, Putney General Store & Pharmacy, and the West Townshend Country Store.
