Whether you have been traveling hours in the car for vacation, running kids to camp all Summer, or simply want to feel good, take this class on the foam roller to work your balance, core muscles and better your posture! Great for working the abdomen while releasing the chest, hips, and back. All levels welcome. Not recommended for anyone with disc issues. $20.
Monday, Aug. 20th @ 6:30pm: "Mat and Barrels" Max. 6 students This is a great opportunity to experience a semi private session exploring the mat and exercises. Using the apparatus enhances muscle engagement of deep core muscles and supports the body allowing deeper range of motion. Open to all levels. $20. Wednesday, Aug. 22nd @ 6:30pm: "Beginner Mat Workout" Designed for new students or those coming back from vacation. A great opportunity to workout at a more relaxed pace with extra time given for refining technique and stretching. $20.
Monday, Aug. 27th @ 6:30pm: "Triad Ball Workout" Don't miss this one as there will not be class on Memorial Day, Sept. 3rd! The ball supports, challenges, focuses and stretches the body all while having fun! All levels welcome. Maximum 16 students.
