Core (Technique/Intro to Scene Study)
THE CORE is the nuts and bolts of acting technique so that you can attain both knowledge and confidence in your work. Actors will learn how to prepare and score a part, how to use dramatic improv and how to work effectively and flexibly with a scene partner. Students will work individually and will be partnered up; work and reading outside the class is required.

FRED GERLE was cast in "Oliver!" at Arizona Broadway Theatre. BRADY WEBER is in a play at Herberger Lunchtime Theatre. ANDREA THOMAS is in "The Wedding Story" opening Friday.
Film
TOBI & MATT (directed by Joe Gruberman, starring JUDITH EISENBERG) played in the Arizona Shorts A program at the
Phoenix Film Festival. LeonaMarie Baker plays Fly in the pilot "Shade." ANDREA THOMAS was in an ASU student film and a music video. AMANDA MELBY and SHELLY BOUCHER are in pre-production for a feature film. SHELLY BOUCHER plays the lead in the short film, "Surprise Party."
Commercials
ALAYA WALTON was in a commercial for the Final Four. ALAYA WALTON was in a Nugenix commercial with MLB Hall of Famer Frank Thomas. ERIN GRIFFITH booked a job for StrongMind.
Congrats
IZZY WATTS got a scholarship to a filmmaker's camp in Vermont this July.
