Greetings!
Summer Time and the Living is Easy! Yes, we are about to embark on some very hot, sunny days. How about cooling off and taking a sewing class? Learn something new!
Our offerings this summer include classes for beginners on several different subjects, intermediate and advanced classes. Our kids and teens classes are always popular. Sewing is a life skill for these ages. We provide machines for students to use. If you own a machine, and have an instruction book (all available online) we will teach you how to use your own machine. We want you to be able to sew at home.
Our teen graduate is Chloe. She has been with us all through high school and is looking forward to spending plenty of sewing time this summer. Her sewing skills are amazing. Good luck Chloe with your future endeavors.
Pictured above is a quilt made by my daughter, Sara, for her high school graduating daughter. It is an original design made with a bohemian tapestry. I thought you might enjoy seeing this treat.
.
For all of our traveling students, we are offering three one month classes. All three should get you ready for fall sewing.
Enjoy our new schedule and, of course, call if you have any questions.
Hugs, Marguerite
