ur Contra Costa Clerk-Recorder's Office is excited to showcase our shoreline as part of its "Destination Weddings" program.
You can be married by me or other officiants in the Rosie the Riveter World War II National Historical Park at the Lucretia Edwards Shoreline Park, from 11am to 7pm on Friday, September 7.
I have volunteered to officiate wedding ceremonies during the noon to 1pm time slot. I'm honored to do it!
This location offers a stunning backdrop of the San Francisco Bay, skylines of San Francisco and Oakland and views of the Bay Bridge and Golden Gate Bridge. There are 33 appointment slots available for couples to book their weddings, so you'll have to act fast to reserve a slot.
POINT RICHMOND MUSIC SEASON FINALE
In addition to free music, the community celebration will feature an opportunity drawing, arts and education booths, face-painting for children and dancing in the streets.
PRM, an all-volunteer non-profit organization, produces the series in support of its mission to build community through the unifying language of music.
10TH DOWNTOWN RICHMOND SPIRIT & SOUL FESTIVAL
The late, great Aretha Franklin will be among the main stage tributes at Richmond Main Street's upcoming Spirit & Soul Festival. Celebrate Aretha and many more great artists on Saturday, September 15 from 1pm to 5pm on Macdonald Avenue, between Harbour Way and 13th Street.
