At the Doctor

Tom was at the hospital visiting with his best friend Larry who was dying.

Tom asked, "If there is baseball in heaven will you come back and tell me?"

Larry nodded yes just as he passed away.

That night while Tom was sleeping, he heard Larry's voice in a dream, "Tom..."

"Larry, what is it?!" asked Tom.

"I have good news and bad news from heaven," said Larry.

"What's the good news?" asked Tom.

"There is baseball in heaven after all, but the bad news is you're pitching on Tuesday."

July 2018

That beautiful season the Summer!
Filled was the air with a
dreamy and magical light;
And the landscape
Lay as if new created in all the
freshness of childhood.

testimonialWe're Delighted to Hear from Families About Our Exceptional Care!

A Satisfied Client's 5-Star Review:

"I called several agencies on a list from the rehab center. Visiting Angels was very responsive; we talked; we set up for the Director to meet the client, my wife, who was in rehab. Visiting Angels was very accommodating on setting up the terms and providing the live-in person in a timely fashion. The live-in assist person fit in immediately and provided much needed personal care help, safety, meal preparation, and light pick-up/cleaning. She was efficient, accompanied us on outings, and certainly was present as my wife transitioned from wheelchair to walker to cane and increased self-sufficiency. Communication w/ the caregiver, with the billing department, and with the director have been easy, flexible, helpful, and professional. The time period for care was approximately four weeks and absolutely worthwhile.."

angelsAngels Who Soar: Celebrating Our Hardworking Employees

We are so proud of our wonderful, hard-working employees who go beyond the call of duty. Below is why our Angels are so special...

Joy A. has just celebrated her 3 year work anniversary with Visiting Angels. Joy is a happy person and is always willing to go the extra mile for our clients. Joy also frequently accepts fill-in shifts when other caregivers are unable to go to their shifts, which we greatly appreciate.

Henrietta G. has been a live-in aide with Visiting Angels for a year now, but her reliability and work ethic make it seem much longer! She bonds well with clients and communicates frequently with the office. We are fortunate to have Henrietta as one of our "go-to" caregivers for our live-in clients.

We are grateful for you and thank you for your hard work, Joy and Henrietta!

We're passionate to share how our State-certified home care employees can help seniors with all their daily living needs, making it possible for them to continue living at home safely and less expensively than in a facility.

AboutOurCareAbout Our Care

Visiting Angels is a New Jersey-licensed, non-medical home care company committed to going beyond the "industry standard" to provide an exceptional level of security, comfort and peace of mind to our clients and their families. Our "Angels", all certified home health professionals , are ready to provide assistance with the activities of daily living to seniors, the disabled, those recovering from surgery, and to those who are simply frail. Our services include tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and shopping, to more personal tasks such as hygiene assistance, bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Visiting Angels ' in-home care helps make it possible for seniors and other adults to continue living at home safely. We understand how challenging the home care selection process can be. We're experienced in working with families, with loved ones resistant to receiving care, and with third-parties payors (such as insurance companies and the US Dept. of Veterans Affairs).

Visiting Angels' services help families spend more mutually-rewarding and meaningful time with their loved ones and also helps provide comfort and peace of mind to those who face the challenges of long-distance caregiving.
