In response to the tragic death of Trayvon Martin for which justice has not been served, we will join in solidarity with congregations all over this country in prayer and protest against the lack of justice for this senseless death. I am asking each member who can to wear a hoodie to worship Sunday. We must see that anyone of us, and particularly our black youth, could have been senselessly slain because of the color of our skin and what we are wearing.
