Double Your Donation with a Corporate Match
Did you know that only about 1 in 10 eligible donors match their donations with corporate matching?
Every year, about $6 to $10 billion of matched donations are left unclaimed. Since many companies may match up to $10,000 for every donation, the revenue adds up quickly. Double your impact today!
For more information, contact Karen Baskind at karenb@hillelsv.org

Mentor a Student
We are looking for members of the community to help mentor our students - in career advice, for tutoring, and other fields. If you have networking opportunities; or are skilled in math, science, programming, engineering, writing, creating cover letters, or building resumes, please contact Ben at benblechman@hillelsv.org.

Donate Your Used Vehicle
Cars, trucks, boats, motorcycles, RVs. Any vehicle running or not! Jewelry and real estate too!
Car donations are an easy way to support Hillel of Silicon Valley! We take care of the paperwork and the sale of the car.
For more information and to begin the process, please contact Sarita Bronstein at sarita@hillelsv.org or (408) 775-7531
Your donation will fund the work we do, and you may be eligible for a tax deduction!

Ruach Dances at Etz Chayim
(New! Held Monthly)
Experience Insight and Joy through Simple Free-form Meditative Movement to Inspiring Music
Saturday, June 2, 6:30 - 9:00 pm
Saturday, July 7, 6:30 - 9:00 pm
Saturday, August 11, 6:30 - 9:00 pm
Experience the Divine shefa (flow) within your whole being through free-form meditative movement/ecstatic dance, guided by kavannah (intention) that draws on Jewish texts and ideas. Our open floor provides a safe, non-judgmental/non-performance environment, free of conversation, allowing you to explore free-form meditative movement set to carefully-selected music. Start the new week connecting to that "still small voice" inside, getting more exercise in a fun way, and meeting new people!
Free and open to all
(need not be an Etz Chayim member to participate). No dance experience needed (no required "dance steps"); if you can walk, move your arms, or simply breathe and "dance from your chair," you can enjoy our Ruach Dance. Set your own pace and boundaries: dance solely by yourself, or, with others if you choose. Please eat a light supper before, wear comfortable clothing that's easy to move in, and bring your water bottle. Optional: yoga mat and vegetarian snacks to share after
Questions? Call Gail Slocum (415) 515-2892; Text Gail your email to get on Ruach Evite/reminders list
