Meet our newest team members!
Shannon Grave joined our team last fall as our newest Inclusion Specialist in Fargo. Shannon has worked as an Early Interventionist, a School Social Worker, a Mental Health Consultant for Head Start, an In-Home Family Therapist, and a full-time Assistant Professor at the University of North Dakota. She holds a master’s degree in Special Education with a specialization in Autism Spectrum Disorder and a PhD in Teaching and Learning/Education.
Sarah Mertz has joined our team as the new Early Childhood Consultant in Bismarck. Sarah earned her Child Development/Family Science degree from NDSU and has worked as an Early Head Start Teacher in Fargo for the past four and a half years.
