Education Highlights
We have added some great new content in the past few months:
The Physical Assessment Series was designed for Registered Staff to refresh their Physical Assessment Skills. This series combines theory and clinical scenarios.
For our Ontario clients - we released "Unregulated Care Providers - Role with Medication'. You can find this under the category: Unregulated Care Providers.
Surge Learning is proud to partner with The Responsive Group to bring you "Empathy - Long Term Care (RHM)". This video shows the value in showing Empathy as we go through our daily lives.
We have been working on putting together a leadership program that will be available to our clients at a nominal cost. Our goal is to have it available late summer/early fall. Stay tuned for more information on this exciting, cost effective and practical program designed for departmental and senior managers.

Learning Management System - Skills and Credentials - The fall and winter saw some amazing enhancements for Skills and Credentials. We love hearing about how you are using the new features! If you have not had a chance to explore this feature yet contact your Account Manager for a quick tour.
Quality & Risk Manager - Our latest release includes a new calendar view of your quality schedule along with lots of other time saving enhancements. Please continue to share your suggestions with us.
Policy Professional - Great new enhancements have been added over the past few months to allow more customization of policy display and workflow.
We also added some other new functionality and some small fixes that can all be found under "Version Release" in our Help section.
