The county's number one annual foodie event is for the first time being created by Fred Tobin, the award-winning chef at the Amex Stadium, who was formerly personal chef to the Prime Minister, ran the kitchens at Harrods and the Dorchester and has won Rosettes for his superb cooking. He has created a mouth watering seven-course awards banquet entirely using top Sussex ingredients, including Southdown Lamb - which is only fitting as this year the South Downs National Park has come on board to support the awards.
