That means cream on the top?

"Our natural milk is produced from happy quality cows. We regulate very closely what our cows eat to insure they produce the best quality milk. Brown Swiss milk has a high fat-to-protein ratio. This means that the milk is extremely rich. Our cows produce natural milk that is free of artificial growth hormones. When our milk is pasteurized, it is heated to 140 degrees or more. However, the milk is not homogenized. This allows the cream to rise to the top inside each jug of milk."

Good evening. We have a wonderful line-up of fresh food available tonight at The Mercantile. A full menu for tonight is listed below. You can call ahead for pick up: 404-378-0096.

You'll be pleased to know that Swedish Meatballs are back by popular demand this week. We've roasted chickens for tonight, made fresh mac and cheese and we're steaming broccoli to order. And, of course, our family style casseroles and lasagnas are available! Scroll down for a complete list of our selections for this evening.

And, of course, Shrimp Tacos are back on the menu for Wednesdays! Shrimp Tacos will be available tomorrow night at The Mercantile beginning at 4:00 pm.
