Fresh Food and Kids' Fun this Week! 
The market is entering its full glory now as the list of fruits and veggies grows larger each week. This Saturday marks the return of Twin Maple Farms and that means SWEET CORN!

Our Kids Market returns this week too so be sure to stop by and peruse the wares of our budding little entrepreneurs. The Easton Rocks project is back  - and it's not just for kids, come letter your inner child run a little wild and paint a rock as part of this fun community project!  We're also offering a free yoga session from 9-10am.

So c'mon down and shop fresh for the week ahead, enjoy some local music, paint a rock, do some yoga, and don't forget your Local Heroes Rewards Card!!!

NOTE on PARKING: You may notice some No Parking signs posted in advance of Saturday night's Cruise Night. Please note that this is not in effect during market hours.

Market Yoga 
Saturday 9 am - 10 am  

Bring your mat and start your market day off with a relaxing yoga session on the South lawn of the circle.

"How the Wisdom of Yoga helps in Times of Uncertainty"   focusing Pranayama (breathing practices) and meditation.

Emmaus Yoga will also be on site to promote the upcoming LV Yogoa Festival! Stop by for a chance to win 2 tickets to the fest!

Lehigh Valley Yoga Festival

Saturday, July 22, 9:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Where: Haupert Union Building /Moravian College /1200 Main Street Bethlehem, Pa.
Significance: The 4th Annual Lehigh Valley Yoga Festival ( http://www.lvyogafest.com ), includes more than 30 opportunities to practice yoga, and this year includes so much more; a Himalayan singing bowl meditation, Bollywood dance, introduction to the ancient language of Sanskrit, art + yoga, and the study of yogic texts. The festival is a union of ideas, practice, and connection shared with like-minded people, and everyone in the community is welcome.

The market's first sweet corn of the season is here... fresh picked, bicolor GMO-free sweet corn from Twin Maple Farm!  And don't forget to pick-up some creamy cultured butter from Valley Milkhouse.  

Beechwood Orchards

Donut Peaches!

Those famous Donut peaches arrive this week at Beechwood Orchards! These funny shaped little peaches have a sweet tenderness and a faint hint of almond - try 'em! White and yellow nectarines are also new this week. And look for loads of white and yellow peaches, blueberries, sweet cherries and plums (so sweet)!

Primordia Mushrooms 

Jesse has some special treats this week... beautiful local chanterelles and chicken of the woods, a great substitute for actual chicken! Don't miss these two foraged delicacies. * Primordia will also be taking special orders for European summer truffles & lobster mushroom from Oregon and Washington state.

Blooming Glen Farm  

It's pickling time and Blooming Glen is offering great pricing on bulk Kirby cucumbers - crunchy and delicious! Try this super easy recipe for Momofuku Kirby Cucumber pickles!

Scholl Orchards 
Grab your sweet and sour cherries this week - may be the last of the season! But white ad yellow peaches will be plentiful. And if you don't like to deal with the fuzz, nectarines arrive Saturday in both white and yellow varieties. Pluot make a showing this week too, along with piles of sweet plums.Lots of veggies too, with zucchini and cukes only .75 or 3 for $2. Mix and match!

Team Breakaway introduces their all new Jumbo Beef Hot Dogs!! First debuted by Fegley's Bethlehem Brew Works... of course it's no surprise that they're a huge hit!

Mozzarella + Tomatoes = Happy

Too hot to cook dinner this weekend, why not make a quick and easy salad? Beth and Dave will have the FRESH MOZZARELLA, then visit a veggie vendor for the greens, tomatoes and top off with olive oil. Lots of yogurt this week including greek style, creamy and drinkable sMOOthies. Look for yummy curds and the return of Cheddar and Smoked Cheddar!  Very limited cottage cheese so please preorder @ badfarm83@gmail.com. And don't forget raw milk and cage free eggs!  Ground Beef and Hamburger Patties will be $5.00/pound this weekend and there will be plenty of chipped steak, beef cubes, roasts and steaks. Greenmouth Treats

Greenmouth is looking to cool off this hot week with their cool ice cream. This weeks flavors will be a non traditional version of familiar flavors. The Greenmouth Team will be serving up chocolate, made with raw cacao, vanilla bean, and strawberry berry. As always all ice cream will be made with organic coconut milk and local maple syrup. Dairy free and delicious! As always they will have their fresh lemonade and date balls!
